Ingredients:
1 medium-sized grated zucchini (with peel)
2 Owner
1/2 cup grated cheese (mozzarella, parmesan, or whatever you have!)
1/2 cup rolled oats or oat bran
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Salt, pepper and spices to taste (oregano, turmeric, etc.)
A splash of olive oil (optional)

Preparation:
