Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C and line a baking pan. Mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cream butter and sugar together, add eggs and vanilla, and mix with buttermilk and hot water until a smooth batter forms.Dairy & Eggs
2. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes, then let cool completely. For the cream, beat the cream cheese until smooth, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form, and spread over the cooled base.

3. Mix the shredded coconut with the food coloring, moisten with a little milk if necessary, and press onto the cream. Chill for at least 1 hour and cut into pieces.
