INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash the lemons thoroughly to remove dirt and pesticides.
- Peel the lemons carefully (avoid too much white bitter part if possible).
- Add the lemon peels to a pot with 3 cups of water.
- Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- Strain the liquid into a cup.
- Add honey or ginger if desired, and drink warm.
